Seandra AI is a non-custodial platform. You retain full control of your wallet, private keys, and seed phrase at all times. We do not store, manage, or have access to your private keys or funds held in your personal wallet.

You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet credentials secure. If you lose your private keys or seed phrase, Seandra AI cannot recover your assets or restore access to your wallet.

By using Seandra AI, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including financial regulations, tax obligations, and sanctions restrictions.

Seandra AI is not available to US retail investors. Access from prohibited jurisdictions or by sanctioned individuals is not permitted. You are responsible for determining whether you may legally use the platform where you reside.
