• Non-custodial wallet addresses: public blockchain addresses you connect to interact with the fund. We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrases.
• Browser and device data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution for fraud prevention and UX optimization.

We use the information we collect to:

• Optimize trading platform performance and reliability.
• Enhance user experience and personalize the interface.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We integrate third-party fiat-to-crypto payment gateways (such as MoonPay and Transak) so users can purchase stablecoins and crypto assets with a credit or debit card. These providers are independent services and process your payment information directly under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not store your full card number, banking credentials, or payment account passwords. When you choose to pay by card, you leave the Seandra AI interface to complete the transaction with the onramp provider.

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, access controls, and regular security reviews.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR in the European Union and CCPA/CPRA in California), such as the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data. Platform security features are provided by Lovable Cloud and the third-party services we integrate. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet private keys, seed phrases, and account credentials. Seandra AI cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.
